How to permanently remove your Tsunagu account and data
Before You Delete
We’re sorry to see you go. Before deleting your account, please note:
This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, photos, matches, messages, Moments, and all associated data. You will not be able to recover any of this information.
- If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings first.
- Your profile will immediately disappear from other users’ match lists and conversations.
- Any messages you sent will still be visible to the other user as “Deleted User.”
Option 1: Delete from the App
- Open the Tsunagu app on your iPhone.
- Tap the Profile tab (bottom right).
- Tap Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm with Face ID or by re-verifying your phone number.
- Tap Permanently Delete to confirm.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Send a request from the email address associated with your Tsunagu account to:
Include “Delete My Account” in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
What Happens to Your Data
- Immediately deleted: Profile information, photos, matches, preferences, Moments, and location data.
- Deleted within 30 days: Message history, analytics data, and server backups.
- Retained as required by law: If your account was involved in a safety investigation or legal process, certain records may be retained as required by applicable law.
Cancel Your Subscription
Deleting your Tsunagu account does not cancel your App Store subscription. To avoid being charged:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find Tsunagu and tap Cancel Subscription.

Tsunaguアカウントとデータを完全に削除する方法

この操作は元に戻せません
アカウントを削除すると、プロフィール、写真、マッチ、メッセージ、モーメント、および関連するすべてのデータが完全に削除されます。これらの情報を復元することはできません。
- 有効なサブスクリプションがある場合、アカウントを削除してもサブスクリプションは自動的には解約されません。先にApple IDの設定から解約してください。
- あなたのプロフィールは、他のユーザーのマッチ一覧や会話からすぐに表示されなくなります。
- 送信済みのメッセージは、相手側には「削除されたユーザー」として引き続き表示されます。
方法1：アプリから削除する
- iPhoneで Tsunagu アプリを開きます。
- 画面右下の「プロフィール」タブをタップします。
- 「設定」（歯車アイコン）をタップします。
- 下にスクロールして「アカウントを削除」をタップします。
- Face IDまたは電話番号の再認証で本人確認します。
- 「完全に削除」をタップして確定します。
方法2：メールで削除を依頼する
アプリにアクセスできない場合は、メールでアカウント削除を依頼できます。アカウントに登録した電話番号を記載のうえ、件名に「Delete My Account」と入れてお送りください。
本人確認のうえ、48時間以内に削除を処理します。削除完了後、確認メールをお送りします。
データの取り扱い
- 即時削除：プロフィール情報、写真、マッチ、設定、モーメント、位置情報。
- 30日以内に削除：メッセージ履歴、分析データ、サーバーのバックアップ。
- 法令に基づき保持：安全に関する調査や法的手続きに関係したアカウントの場合、適用法令に基づき一部の記録を保持することがあります。
サブスクリプションの解約
Tsunaguアカウントを削除しても、App Storeのサブスクリプションは解約されません。課金を止めるには：
- iPhoneで「設定」を開きます。
- 上部のApple IDをタップします。
- 「サブスクリプション」をタップします。
- 「Tsunagu」を選び、「サブスクリプションをキャンセル」をタップします。
